Cortefiel has opened its first store in Singapore. This new store has a total surface of 530 m2, , and includes a fashion range for both men and women. The store is located in Raffles City Shopping Centre, in one of the most exclusive shopping areas of the city.
Singapore is a strategic site for the Cortefiel Brand, as a place which represents a major window to the rest of Asia, and as one of the most cosmopolitan and exclusive places in the whole continent
The launch of the brand in Asia has been carried out through the franchise model, with Ossia Internacional Limited as the local partner, with experience in the asian fashion retail market. This model is new to this brand and has a strong potential to push the brand to an international level.
The International expansion of the Cortefiel brand, started out last year with openings in Holland, Serbia, Egypt, Cyprus, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, reaching a total of 17 franchised stores. This is an important landmark for the brand, as Cortefiel is the Group’s most domestic brand, with an 80 % of its store presence in Spain, a total of 216 out of 263.
Cortefiel is preparing further international openings over the next few years throughout Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia.
